Hi, I am Grant Bradley-Low, a Registered Massage Therapist since 2010
Over the year I have worked from home, fitness centers and since 2013 at Bayshore Physical Therapy in Owen Sound. I have a broad base of experience and am able to provide treatment for clients with diverse needs.
I strives to listen to each client as an individual and determine what they want and need out of their massage therapy experience. It could be Relaxation, stress/pain management, rehabilitation from acute or chronic injuries, help and support with fitness/sport/training goals. I have experience and the ability to help.
I have additionally trained in Sports Massage, TMJ therapy, NISA (Neuromuscular integration and Structural Alignment) as well as Myofascial Release. This allows for additional approaches to treatment in addition to Swedish Massage.
Grant has been self employed since day 1 and believes that happy clients and personal referrals are the best reward. Helping others to feel good and to stay active and mobile brings happiness to everyone involved with a persons life.
Julie’s Yoga got her teacher training in 2012 with DevaTree School of Yoga in Owen Sound. She followed her 200hr certification with an additional 50hr training in Anatomy & Therapeutic.
Julie builds her yoga classes on this structure, breath work to begin, connect to the body with movements & stretches and receive with a quiet time at the end of the class to get all the benefits of the practice.
Julie’s yoga classes are inclusive, all are welcome. Julie enjoys teaching beginners, supports long time participants dusting off their practice & loves offering a wide range of variations to empower her student.
